Wilderness camping
Three campgrounds are located along the north section of the trail:
Camping de la rivière des Roches
Located in Saint-Modeste at Km 114.3 (20 km / 12 mi. from Rivière-du-Loup)
Camping du ruisseau Beaulieu
Located in Saint-Honoré at Km 93.9 (40 km / 25 mi. from Rivière-du-Loup)
Camping de l’Observatoire
Located in Saint-Louis-du-Ha!Ha! at Km 73 (60 km / 40 mi. from Rivière-du-Loup)
Each campground offers 5 tent platforms near the trail at low cost. They are all run by the Corporation Sentier Rivière-du-Loup/Témiscouata (which is also responsible for maintaining the north section of the trail). For more information or to make a reservation, contact the corporation.

Some platforms are 3 x 3 metres (10 by 10 feet); others are 3.7 x 3.7 metres (12 by 10 feet).

How to get there
The north section of the trail is accessible from various locations between Rivière-du-Loup and Cabano. A welcome kiosk is located on Rue Fraserville, in Rivière-du-Loup, near the Petro-Canada gas station and Route 85.
